The Home Improvement industry is booming and experts predict that Millennials will lead the way with millions of new homeowners buying new and resale homes over the next 10 years. In addition the Baby Boomers will be downsizing and both of these groups will drive the Home Improvement industry.

Every Trade group is experiencing high demand, Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters and Painters are branching out on their own but many are looking for a system to follow to build a successful, profitable business. They have the trade skills but need the marketing, branding, accounting and technology to help them succeed in their own business.

There are many excellent franchise systems that focus on the individual trade skill i.e. Electrician and Plumber. But there are many franchises that provide other in demand services such as Home Inspection, Handy Man, Landscaping and general Outdoor Maintenance.

Please note that many of our Franchises are ‘Executive business models’ meaning they are not looking for contractors, cleaners or painters. They are looking for Executives to hire trades people and manage and build a single Franchise or possibly grow into multiple Franchises over time.
